1. General Terms and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bdgog ("Platform", "we", "our") and users registered on this platform ("you", "member"). bdgog provides online gaming services to the Bangladesh market, and the following terms apply to the use of those services.

The key definitions used in these terms are as follows:

• "Platform" means the bdgog website, applications, and related services.
• "Account" means a member's personal user profile and the funds associated with it.
• "Bonus" means any welcome bonus, cashback, or promotional benefit offered by the platform.
• "Wagering" means the required betting amount that must be completed to make bonus funds or winnings eligible for withdrawal.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), which is used for all time calculations on the platform.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and enjoy gaming services on bdgog, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• You must confirm that you are playing voluntarily and with your own funds.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation of this policy, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any bonuses held within them will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, phone number, email address — must be accurate and truthful. 3. Bonuses and Promotions

3.1 Welcome Bonus

bdgog offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — a wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) the bonus amount must be completed before withdrawal is possible.

For example: if you deposit ৳5,000 you will receive ৳5,000 as a bonus. Before withdrawing that ৳5,000 bonus, a total of ৳75,000 (5,000 × 15) in bets must be placed.

3.2 VIP Cashback

bdgog has three VIP tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Members can gradually advance to higher tiers through regular and active play. Cashback is calculated every Monday in BST and credited to the account within that week.

3.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once.
• If a claimed bonus remains unused, it will expire automatically after 30 days.
• Bonuses are provided for personal entertainment only and may not be resold or transferred.
• bdgog reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without explanation.
• If bonus abuse is proven — including arbitrage betting or use of multiple accounts — the relevant bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following rules apply to deposits on bdgog:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please wait up to 30 minutes.
• Using the correct reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory — bdgog is not responsible for funds not being credited due to an incorrect reference.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used; third-party payments are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Before submitting a withdrawal request, confirm that all wagering requirements have been fully met.
• bdgog reserves the right to hold a withdrawal until identity verification is complete.
• Withdrawal funds will be returned only to the payment method used for the original deposit.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

Fair play and transparency are ensured across all games and bets on bdgog. The odds, pay tables, and game outcomes displayed on the platform are always valid and controlled by a verifiable random number generator (RNG).

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, bdgog reserves the right to announce the correct result and settle payments accordingly.
• If a system error is found in the timing of a bet or the calculation of a result, the relevant round will be cancelled and the bet will be refunded.
• For cricket betting, if a match is cancelled or interrupted, the result will be determined according to bdgog's specific betting rules.

5.2 Responsible Gaming

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdgog platform. If identified, they will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or registering using another person's identity.
• Using software bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or attempting to manipulate the system.
• Bonus abuse — fulfilling bonus requirements through arbitrage betting, pattern betting, or match betting.
• Intentionally exploiting bugs or errors in the platform's software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or showing disrespectful behaviour toward other members or bdgog staff.
• Helping a minor open an account or allowing another person to use your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

bdgog provides the platform on an "as is" basis and accepts no liability for the following:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection or device failure.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment gateways.
• Decisions made based on incorrect information displayed due to technical errors.
• Loss arising from a user's account credentials or password being accessed by another person.
• Personal financial decisions made by users based on game outcomes.

bdgog always strives to protect user data through SSL encryption and secure data protection measures, but makes no claim that any online system is entirely free of errors.

8. Privacy and Personal Data

bdgog places the highest priority on protecting users' personal data. By registering on the platform, you acknowledge that bdgog may collect and use your information for the following purposes:

bdgog reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Evidence that the account holder is a minor.
• Instructions from a court or regulatory authority.

If illegal activity is proven on a permanently closed account, funds will be forfeited. Otherwise, verified legitimate funds will be returned after the review process.

10. Changes to Terms

bdgog reserves the right to change, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email address or through a notice within the platform.

If you continue to use the platform after the updated terms take effect, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you will always have the option to close your account.
